During the insightful and honest panel discussion, the women shared their collective words of wisdom to tackle the issues that so many women encounter in their careers, ITV Broadcast Journalist and Loose Women host Charlene White shared;
“Imposter syndrome can be a driver - rather than giving into it, you have to look at it as a driving force and remember that you deserve to be who you are, where you are…never give someone that power to make you feel like you don’t belong.”
Charlene White, ITV Broadcast Journalist
BBC Head of Entertainment, Kalpna Patel-Knight emphasised the importance of adopting a growth mindset when encountering setbacks and challenges in life;
