Why give to Wonder Women?

  • Women from the most marginalised backgrounds in TV are often the first to leave the sector during economic uncertainty or in an industry downturn. Wonder Women’s unique intersectional approach is preventing this talent drain

  • 51% of women of colour don't see themselves working in TV in the next 5 years. We want to change this so that all women feel seen, heard and valued

  • Currently there is less than 13% of women of colour at senior leadership level in TV - enforcing the need for more visible role models - help us elevate the future leaders of tomorrow!

  • Less than 8% of people working in TV come from working-class backgrounds. We champion intersectionality and elevate working-class women through our game-changing mentoring programme.

  • Historically in the UK, female-led businesses secure less than 2% of funding due to gender bias. By investing in us, this adds reputational value to your business whilst also reaffirming you’re a genuinely good human being ;)

  • By supporting Wonder Women, we can build our team and scale our impact to further develop, nurture and elevate the next generation of diverse, senior leaders in the UK and beyond

“The mentoring programme is aimed at a specific group of women who are often totally overlooked so to be able to be part of a movement to offer support, expertise and opportunity to this group is a real pleasure.”

Samantha Lawrence, Media MD’s
