Passionate about telling stories that celebrate diversity, champion women, and inspire the next generation. TV Presenter, Ria Hebden founded Wonder Women TV in 2017, as an intervention to retain the mass exodus of women leaving the sector and to create community through connection, by providing access to visible, prominent role models through curating networking events for the most marginalised women in the sector.

A positive disruptor and ambassador for driving change at senior leadership level, with over 20 years working in Television mainly as a publicist, Ria has extensive experience in marketing, publicity, and live events from her time at Fox, Disney, Discovery and Channel 4 before becoming a presenter for the BBC and ITV. Since its conception, Wonder Women has touched the lives of thousands of women, helping to increase employability, create social mobility and system change within the Creative industries - shaping a new generation of diverse, conscious leaders.
