    Amanda Lyon is an executive producer at BBC Studios. Prior to joining BBC Studios, Amanda worked at Voltage TV where she looked after BBC2 factual format Inside the Factory, and a raft of other specialist factual commissions.

  • Angela Ferreira MD, Douglas Road Productions

    Angela is one of the most senior black females in the UK creative industries with an extensive catalogue of credits from over 25 years in the industry. She is currently the Managing Director of Douglas Road Productions where she is gaining a reputation as ‘the teller of untold stories’.

    Anjani’s work involves helping industry partners to build diversity across the content production sector. She has over 18 years of experience in production and also advises indies on diversifying their workforce, including on and off screen talent.

    Clare oversees Orchard’s factual and formats slate, leading projects in development and production, and Executive Producing key titles. Before joining Orchard, she was the BBC’s Lead Commissioner in the Factual-Entertainment and Events team where she oversaw more than 30 shows.

    Emma has worked in the Film & TV Industry for 30 years on over fifty productions and was honoured with the British Academy Television Craft Special Award (BAFTA) in recognition of her contribution to the industry through her role as a Script Supervisor in 2017 but also for her efforts as a mentor and supporter of the next generation of talent.

  • Fiona Lamptey Film Executive

    Within her illustrious portfolio as Director of UK Features at Netflix, Fiona curated exceptional works including BAFTA-nominated The Wonder, the triumphant crime thriller I Came By and The Kitchen by Daniel Kaluuya. Additionally, she commissioned and oversaw Scoop, a gripping dramatic retelling of the infamous Prince Andrew interview.

  • Fozia Khan Head of Unscripted Amazon Studios UK

    Fozia oversees a varied slate including All or Nothing: Arsenal, Clarkson’s Farm, The Fake Sheikh and upcoming, 007’s Road to a Million. Prior to joining Amazon, she was a Commissioning Editor for documentaries at Channel 4 and prior to commissioning, was a documentary director and producer for 16 years.

  • Gemma Thomas Deputy Head of Production, BBC Studios

    Gemma has almost 20 years experience across a range of genres including Factual, Children’s, Features and Events. She is currently responsible for leading the live events production management team. Her recent work has included the Coronation Concert and Ceremonial, The State Funeral of HM The Queen and the Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

    With over 25 years of experience as a Head of department, manager, broadcaster, producer, director, and columnist at brands like Netflix UK, Media Trust, Channel 4 News, Channel 5, SKY News and MTV International & UK. Jasmine also curates talent training programmes for both new and mid-career talent across TV Production and Digital and Publishing platforms.

  • Judith Hay Series Producer

    An experienced series producer who has worked in TV for around 20 years. Judith started out as an office runner at a production company before getting a job in development as a researcher and then worked her way up as an AP and producer. She has experience across comedy, entertainment, factual and reality shows as well as documentaries and development.

  • Kate Devlin (nee Thomas) Executive Producer

    Kate was previously a Commissioning Editor for Features and Daytime at Channel 4. During her 4 years there, Kate commissioned a wide range of successful new unscripted series into Channel 4’s features and daytime genres, and also docs and specialist factual content into More4. Prior to Channel 4, Kate Thomas was Creative Director at ITV-owned Boom in Wales.

    Katie oversees content strategy and investment across the genre, working with the world’s leading Specialist Factual and Documentary makers. Katie loves TV and has built her career around her passion - bringing her editorial and commercial skills together through previous roles as Head of Acquisitions for BBC Studio’s international branded services and Director of Sales Planning.

    Until recently, Lara was Commissioning Editor for Entertainment and Daytime at ITV, where she launched Lingo, John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen, Ainsley’s National Trust Cook Off and Fresh Cuts. Previously at Channel 5, Lara was responsible for News and factual programmes and at Channel 4, she developed A Very British Brothel, Disabled Fight Club and My Trans Story and was Project Lead for the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games.

    An experienced multi-camera studio and outside broadcast director for BBC News working across a range of output live news and current affairs programmes. Meera’s speciality is live studio based programmes such as Newsnight BBC News and Politics Live. Meera is also a screenwriter and short film director/producer whose award winning films have been screened nationally and internationally.

    As the MD of Orchard Studios, a modern, independent content studio set up in 2023 alongside Dan Grabiner (former head of Amazon Studios, UK and Northern Europe). Orchard is a home for inspiring creative partnerships, diverse thinking and a creator-producer of talked-about television. Having started out in scripted production, Nicola was converted to the world of factual programming and helped build The Garden Productions into an unscripted powerhouse during her decade-long tenure as Director of Production, MD and co-CEO.

    Rachel works with All3Media group companies and third party independent producers to identify and acquire content for international distribution and co-production. Previously, Rachel was Director of Programming at A+E Networks for HISTORY and H2 channels in the UK and EMEA. She acquired and commissioned some of the highest rating content on the channel.

    Ruby has been a BBC Entertainment Commissioner for the past twelve years. She’s overseen many of the BBC’s favourite entertainment titles, including Have I Got News For You, Mock the Week, QI, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, and Dragon’s Den. Developing fresh new talent, and seeking out authentic and innovative ideas and executing them in such a way that they resonate with real people, with real diverse lives is her passion.

    Since joining the Fremantle UK label, Samantha has supported and navigated the company's growth and further expansion in to the premium doc and fact entertainment space. Samantha’s credits include Jimmy Saville: A British Horror History (Netflix), The Elon Musk Show (BBC2), All or Nothing: Arsenal (Prime Video) 007’s Road to a Million and the House of Kardashians (Sky). Before joining 72 Films, Sam spent a decade as head of production at Knickerbockerglory TV.

    As the Managing Director, Box To Box Films Samantha joined from Universal International Studios’ award-winning label, Monkey Kingdom, where she served as Managing Director. Over her five-year tenure, she grew the business exponentially. With a career that spans over 20 years in the content industry, Samantha has held a host of senior positions, including a nine-year stint as Managing Director of Silver River Productions, and prior to that, Head of Production for both Love Productions and Maverick Television.

  • Samantha McMillon COO Quay Street Productions

    Samantha is a seasoned television executive with over two decades of expertise in international distribution, spanning sales and acquisitions, in the global TV and Media market. McMillon oversees the company’s commercial operations, working alongside Quay Street CEO Nicola Shindler to support the future growth of the production company.

    As the Scripted Commissioning Editor at multi-channel broadcaster UKTV. Sarah is responsible for developing, commissioning and executive producing scripted Drama and Comedy for Dave and Gold. Sarah joined from the BBC and she has almost two decades of experience working in commissioning. Before joining the BBC, Sarah spent over 10 years working in commissioning teams across Factual and Entertainment at Fox International Channels, Scripps Networks, ITV and Channel 4.

    Sidra is a television producer, director and development producer who produced and directed the first series of the BAFTA Award-winning Wife Swap, Wife Swap USA, Faking It, Supernanny, Come Dine With Me, The Apprentice and was a producer on Back In Time for Birmingham. After 20 years in London, she relocated to her native Glasgow where she is developing ideas and building strong regional diverse contacts and talent.

Sonal has worked across a wide variety of genres such as Studio Entertainment, Factual Entertainment, Quiz shows and Reality and has experience in both the gallery and the edit. Sonal is also a mother to her 5 year old son, Max.

    Vicky places candidates from runner to Exec producer in new and exciting roles and is passionate about meeting and helping new entrants and established freelancers progress in their careers. Before moving into talent, Vicky worked as Senior Producer & Series Producer across a variety of factual programmes from Grand Designs Abroad, Michael Palin’s New Europe, various Jamie Oliver series and the drama documentary series Banged Up Abroad. She also won an International Emmy for the multi-platform series Battlefront.
