Anna Chacko
A seasoned producer driven by a passion for connection through visual storytelling and a curiosity to learn. Anna’s career spans the breadth of the television industry from production management, post-production, motion graphics, rights management, international reversioning and distribution, to commercial affairs bringing a wealth of expertise and a unique perspective to every project.
She produced her first short film, ‘Friday Night Flop’ which premiered at the Jewish Film Festival in November ‘24 and is looking forward to expanding into producing feature-length films and episodic scripted content with new perspectives and new talent.

Amit Kaur
Amit is an international filmmaker creating opportunities between the UK and South Asia through narrative and documentary production. From pioneering as one of India's first female web series directors to working with Netflix and Amazon, her journey has been about breaking new ground.
Soon after moving to the UK, she secured BFI funding and was selected for the Filmonomics Feature Programme to develop her feature CROWN. Through organising UK-South Asia co-production initiatives with the BFI, her focus has been on creating spaces where diverse voices can flourish and transcend borders.

Anna Thomson
Anna is a Series Director and Executive Producer whose work includes Greek Island Odyssey with Bettany Hughes (C5), Long Lost Family: The Unknown Soldier (ITV), Portillo’s Hidden History of Britain (C5), A Great British Air Disaster (C4), Portrait Artist of the Year (Sky Arts), Al Murray’s German Adventure (BBC), Patisserie with Michel Roux (BBC), World War 2: The Last Heroes (C4) and Objects of Desire (Sky Arts).
She directed a Sundance-backed feature documentary, Yoghurt Utopia, now on Waterbear and Filmin, was Vice Chair for Directors UK for seven years, on the 2024 Edinburgh TV Advisory Board, a Judge for the RTS and Realscreen Awards and recipient of the Pat Llewellyn Bursary Award.

Bisola Alabi
Bisola Alabi is a screenwriter, playwright and performer from South-East London. She is currently in development of three feature films, including a book adaptation with the production company Yoruba Saxon.
Her pilot script The Despards was commissioned as part of Sky's Table Readings with the production company Expectation.
In theatre, she's been commissioned by the Bush theatre, National Youth Theatre, Bernie Grant Arts Centre and more. Her ambition is to have her sci-fi fantasy TV show commissioned and in the near future become a show-runner, as well as build her own company.

Carol Harding
Carol Harding is an award winning, BAFTA TV-nominated producer, recently returned to independent producing drama and film via Vicarious Productions after five years of freelance producing HETV drama.
She produced her first feature, 2018’s Piotr Szkopiak’s The Last Witness starring Alex Pettyfer, Talulah Riley and Michael Gambon, with GFM Films for eOne, Signature Entertainment and Kino Swiat. She is the producer of C21 International Best TV Movie My Name Is Leon a Douglas Road Production. She is primarily focused on feature film development with UK and international co-producing partners and has two dramas in early development.

Chantal Barnes
Chantal is a Development Executive who has worked across a varied slate of entertainment, fact ent and comedy ents, having been at Rumpus Media for seven years. Whilst there, she has developed shows for Joe Lycett, Mary Berry and Romesh Ranganathan and previously worked on productions such as Big Brother and Celebrity Juice. She is also an exhibiting artist, her work winning national competitions and held in collections around the world. In year 5, she was told that she was the best pencil monitor Yearsley Grove had ever had! Having peaked early, her goal is to reach these lofty heights again one day.

Clare Fisher
Clare is an Emmy-nominated and BAFTA-winning specialist factual series producer with over 30 years of experience making shows for all the major broadcasters including Discovery, NatGeo, BBC, and Channel 5. She has series produced and directed shows spanning history, wildlife, architecture, and epic journeys.
Clare is well known for negotiating difficult access with luxury brands, governments, and the US military, where she was embedded with the US Army in Iraq. She loves showrunning but has also produced 400+ CGI sequences in London and Montreal. In 2024, Clare co-founded TV Switch Up, hosting 30 webinars to support TV freelancers.
Passionate about storytelling and team building, she hopes to transition into executive producing and working on more international productions.

Claudia Sermbezis
Claudia is a multi award winning TV reporter and actress, a passionate writer and diarist since 1984.
She became the nation's youngest national news reader for GMTV and has spent more than a decade reporting for BBC South East. She produced and presented a BBC wildlife documentary and won KPBA Presenter of the Year in 2024.
Claudia also acted in one of the biggest grossing movies, Star Wars: The Force Awakens and co-created comedy podcast, The Frightful Flight of Stephen Pipe.
Nominated for a Royal Television Society award, Claudia wants to develop her story writing skills.

Despina Ladi
Despina is an award-winning Greek screenwriter with over 15 years of background in print journalism, whose work focuses on women-led stories that explore female strength, family dynamics and identity.
She is also a script editor and has worked on films that have competed in Oscar-qualifying festivals. She has collaborated with British screenwriter Tony Grisoni on various projects, including Paolo Sorrentino’s The Young Pope.
She is a graduate of the London Film School, an alumni of Berlinale Talents, Series Mania, TorinoFilmLab, the Doha Film Institute and Sundance Collab,and a BAFTA Connect member.
Despina’s goals include getting experience in writers' rooms, continuing to work on her personal projects and bringing positive change to the industry.

Ella Hopkins
Ella is a Polish Executive Producer and Presenter based in London. She's been working in the TV and advertising industry for over 15 years. Being an expert in brand entertainment and complex CGI/VFX shoots, she had a chance to produce beautiful award-winning work.
Ella also hosts a podcast, From The Bloc, that puts a spotlight on Central and Eastern European creative talent living in the UK. The show aims to bring the CEE culture closer to the British audience and build a stronger sense of community amongst the Eastern European diaspora.

Ellie Durak
Ellie Durak, a London-based editor, has expertly crafted captivating narratives from raw footage, showcasing her passion for storytelling. Her extensive expertise spans TV series, films, and VFX editing, with notable works such as Persuasion, Gangs of London, and Nautilus.
With 20 years of experience in Turkey working on high-end TV and film productions, she has spent the last over 5 years establishing her career in the UK. Currently working as a Motion Graphics Editor at Warner Bros. Discovery, Ellie brings precision and creativity to every project. She aspires to return to drama storytelling, bringing compelling narratives to life.

Eva Edo
Eva is an ambitious TV screenwriter and film writer/director whose storytelling is coloured by her experience as a child protection and family law solicitor. Eva enjoys tackling big issues in her work, using character driven narratives and humour to ensure her stories are both memorable and relatable.
Eva is a BAFTA Connect member, a BFI funding recipient, and alumni of prestigious talent schemes to include BBC Scripted and The Dumping Ground Shadow Writer Scheme.
Eva has a busy year ahead, developing projects for TV, film and theatre. In summer 2025, she’ll shoot her BFI backed short film Grandboy about intergenerational love.

Gail Jenkinson
Gail is a Director of Photography, working in natural history, documentary and specialist factual. Filming above and below the ocean waves, she has over 30 years of working in television.
She’s enjoyed filming in all seven continents and achieved award winning merits for productions including Patrick and the Whale and Blue Planet II.

Grace Viora
Grace Viora is a storyteller passionate about amplifying underrepresented voices through writing and creative production. She has authored children’s books, produced programs within her company DramEd, and created the podcast Performers Who Pivot, showcasing stories of transition and resilience. Grace supports performers in finding opportunities that align with their creative skill sets while promoting diversity and inclusion.
Currently developing her TV comedy project Frenemies, Grace is dedicated to bringing stories rooted in UK social dynamics and female experiences to the screen. Through the Wonder Women Mentoring Programme, she aims to refine her screenwriting and producing craft, expanding her impact in the industry.

Jessica Boyd
Jessica has appeared as an actor on screen and in numerous London and West End shows, including Craig Revel Horwood’s Sunset Boulevard and most recently Jez Butterworth’s play Hills of California. A BAFTA Connect member, Jessica spent many years living in Los Angeles where, in 2013 she wrote and directed her first short film and began her journey into writing and directing. She has written and directed numerous award-winning shorts including Sogni D’Oro starring Russ Abbot (Best Drama-Portobello Film Festival), and Art In Heaven starring Daniel Weyman and Ellie Haddington. She is currently developing her second feature script, a TV drama and a stage play.

Julia Bond
Julia is an ambitious senior development producer with over a decade’s experience in curating factual content across broadcasters as well as her unique access skills that open doors others cannot. She is known to secure commissions, recommissions and funded development across the broadcasters; that have been solidified through her work with talent, access acumen and unique formatting by bringing in tropes from film and drama.
Julia is committed to make tangible change to increase diverse representation on screen through authentic stories and by bringing unheard voices to the mainstream. Looking to the future, Julia hopes to lead her own development team and have a stranger than fiction documentary boxset commissioned.

Kath Pick
Kath is a very experienced, multi-award nominated Producer Director of arts, music, social history and observational documentaries and now also a job-sharing, award-winning Senior Content Producer/Series Producer, who recently managed a team of talented filmmakers producing diverse cultural stories across Scotland, which won in the Broadcast category at the Refugee Scotland Awards 2023 and 2024.
She is also currently in development for her first feature doc, and having made a short initial trailer, is now negotiating access for this creative biopic about an extraordinary female musician and spiritual leader. This is Kath’s passion project that she wants to get into funded development in 2025!

Leanne is an experienced self shooting Producer/Director based in Yorkshire, she works predominantly on documentaries, factual and factual entertainment programmes. Her credits include Ambulance, (BBC One) Planet Sex, (Hulu) and The Piano (Channel 4).
Leanne’s passion for telling stories and inquisitive nature have given her opportunities to represent a wide variety of voices on screen. Her work reflects her sensitive filming nature and she prides herself in making contributors, talent and crew feel at ease throughout the filming process.
She is passionate about working in the television industry and aspires to work as a Series Director in the near future.

Misan Aviomoh
Misan Aviomoh is an assistant producer specialising in factual programming, with credits on acclaimed shows like Who Do You Think You Are? and Long Lost Family.
Her exposure to cultures across three continents has fuelled her passion for telling diverse and inclusive stories.
With a deep love for history and a commitment to amplifying African narratives, Misan aspires to transition into scripted television, where she hopes to contribute to the growth of the African fantasy genre, bringing rich cultural myths and stories to global audiences.

Nadine Tayar
Nadine is a Series Producer most recently known for The Secret Lives of Animals on Apple TV+, where she oversaw 120 international shoots and managed a team of 40 editorial staff.
Her leadership is fuelled by a passion for nurturing talent and fostering teamwork, allowing individual's strengths to shine.
With a two-decade career across multiple genres, she has habituated meerkats in the Kalahari, filmed inside volcanoes in Indonesia, and interviewed a stuntman before his free-climb of a skyscraper in Chile.
Nadine excels at working with scientists to tell their stories, creating compelling narratives that engage and inspire audiences.
Joining this programme is an exciting opportunity for her to elevate diverse voices at the senior level and enhance her leadership skills.

Paula Hines
Paula has 20+ years experience in scripted, including 10 years as a script editor at BBC Comedy where she worked in development and production across single camera and multi-camera projects in London and Manchester.
As a writer with more than a decade of experience she has worked in comedy, (Rudy’s Rare Records, BBC Radio 4), is a magazine columnist and author (Rest + Calm, Bloomsbury Publishing).
Also, Paula isn’t a stranger to being in front of the camera, as a teacher on international platform YogaEasy.
Paula is looking to expand her network and make her way into leadership roles where she can utilise her skills in scripted to champion talent from under-represented backgrounds in particular and promote positive change.

Rachel Ivy
Rachel is a presenter and producer, specialising in children’s and family entertainment. With a background of performance in musical theatre, Rachel has an enthusiastic approach and is your family’s biggest cheerleader.
She is dedicated to working in children’s television and is proud to have her own YouTube channel IVY TV KIDS. She loves to support and challenge young minds through her fun, engaging content. She is determined to create a safe and approachable space for families and little ones to grow and be themselves.
Rachel is grateful to have worked on some fantastic projects so far and is celebrating her latest win - choreographing the brand new show, ‘Treehouse', coming soon to Channel 5’s Milkshake.

Rosa Rogers
Rosa Rogers is a documentary director whose award-winning films have been shown around the world. She has made two feature documentaries: Casablanca Calling, which tells the story of Morocco’s first female Muslim leaders; and Pirates of Salé, about four young people in Morocco’s first contemporary circus.
Rosa’s work includes a wide range of documentary, arts, drama and experimental film for broadcast, as well as education for the NGO/charity sector.
She has also facilitated film workshops with young people, refugees, women in prison, elders and adults with learning difficulties. She is currently director of Redbird Productions.

Saleyha Ahsan
Saleyha is a freelance multimedia journalist and filmmaker. She has worked as a reporter for science and current affairs across UK broadcast channels, including the BBC (Trust Me I’m a Doctor, The One Show).
She has worked extensively overseas either independently or as a commissioned team in Libya, Syria, Palestine, Bosnia, DR Congo, Kashmir and Pakistan. She is also an emergency medicine doctor and a former captain in the British Army, with operational service experience in Bosnia.
Saleyha also self shoots on multiple cameras and her areas of specialist knowledge includes health, military, armed conflict, international humanitarian law and foreign affairs.

Shakira Akabusi
Shakira Akabusi is a TV presenter, speaker and women’s health expert. Currently the fitness and health expert for ITV’s Lorraine, Shakira is also author of The StrongLikeMum Method, published with Hachette Global.
Shakira’s work expands across TV, Radio, Print & Social Media as well as to in person talks & workshops. Most recently partnering with Channel 4, ITV, Amazon UK, Adidas Global, EE Learn Live, Bupa & Gym Shark. Shakira has also written articles for publications including Vogue, Stylist Magazine, Women’s Health Magazine & Huffington Post.
Shakira is also bilingual in both English and German.

Sobha Bhatia
Sobha started her career almost 20 years ago on Saturday Night Primetime shows such as X Factor and Saturday Night Takeaway. Since becoming a Producer/Director and Edit Producer she has worked across BAFTA winning Entertainment, Factual Entertainment, Observational Documentaries, Children’s and Live Events. With an eye for creativity and passionate storytelling, she understands what is required for the best content which might be informative, sensitive or humorous.
She loves crafting aspirational stories in edits and thrives on the excitement of live broadcast shows. Sho has worked with high profile talent, as well as gaining the trust of people featured in sensitive documentaries. Sho’s ambition is to Series Direct a documentary close to her heart and obviously win a BAFTA.

Tamsin Eames
Tamsin is a Reporter/Producer/Director with more than a decade of experience covering current affairs, entertainment news and consumer matters. She currently works for ITV where she produces top talent, leads large teams and travels the world filming crafted features for This Morning. She’s also worked on prime time shows, I’m a Celebrity and Saturday Night Takeaway.
Tamsin’s equally comfortable in front of the camera and gained extensive live broadcast experience as an ITV News Reporter. Now, she’s often found on a red carpet, having covered the Oscars and the BAFTAs, and has interviewed many A-list celebrities including Celine Dion, Sir David Attenborough and Sir Elton John.
Tamsin’s journalistic judgement and warm, northern charm brings out the best in her interviewees to create engaging, heartfelt stories.

Vanessa is a BAFTA winning Series Producer with a background in specialist factual, live events and children’s content. She is an accomplished story-teller, delivering compelling and adventurous programmes that engage and inspire. Specialising in wildlife and adventure, she is keen to share her curiosity about the natural world and enable accessibility, understanding and the enjoyment of the outdoor environment to others.
Her work includes wildlife series Predators for Sky/Netflix, Blue Planet Live for BBC Studios and Springwatch.
She is looking to explore new directions creatively while focusing on projects with passion and purpose. Her hope for the future is to collaborate on brave and bold content that is sustainable for both the people she works with and the planet.

Having worked in the UK, USA and East Africa, she brings a balanced global outlook and a wide range of skills and experience to every project she undertakes.
Venita has worked across the entire production process, from development through to post production but excels at working with contributors and negotiating access to tell complex and compelling stories.

Vicky is an award-winning Producer/Director with over 20 years of industry experience across all factual genres, creating high-end bluechip content for all the major networks and streamers, for a global audience.
Commercially aware with a good natural instinct when crafting a clear grabbing narratives out of complex subjects, she has worked on some of the highest rated drama docs and high-end specialist factual brands delivering innovative and critically acclaimed projects, often using ground breaking CGI and cutting edge tech.
Her projects have taken her across six continents from Arabia to Zambia, filming in jungles, glaciers, oceans and everything in-between.
She has an active interest in the digital transformation of the industry, selected to be part of Channel 4 ‘Pathways to Digital’ training.
Vicky aspires to become a strategic industry leader and series produce a career defining factual series.

Zuelika is a talented and ambitious Series Editor with over 18 years’ experience working on award-winning reality, children’s, and factual entertainment formats.
Skilled in managing large teams, driving editorial vision, and leading the edit and gallery, she played a pivotal role in ITV’s relaunch of the original social experiment Big Brother/Celeb Big Brother, after a five-year hiatus.
Zuelika is passionate about building diverse teams that reflect the UK and prides herself on staying calm under pressure while delivering compelling content.
